Each organization's data is completely isolated using Row Level Security. AnyApps.in staff cannot view, access, or process your organization's reminders, to-dos, or staff information. Your data is never shared with any third party.
• Your name, email, and phone number (for organization/account signup)
• Reminders and To-Do items you create (titles, categories, due dates, alert schedules)
• Your Telegram Chat ID, only if you choose to connect Telegram - used solely to deliver your alerts
• Your password, stored securely (we cannot read it)
We do NOT collect your location, contacts, photos, or any other device information.
Each organization's data is kept fully separate from every other organization on this platform. Within an organization, an Admin can see all items and staff; a Staff Member can only see items assigned to them. New organizations require approval before their account becomes active, as an added layer of control.
If you choose to connect Telegram, we use your Telegram Chat ID only to send you reminder alerts and task-completion notices. You can disconnect at any time by contacting us, and we will stop sending messages to that chat.
You may request complete deletion of your organization's data, or your individual account data, at any time by contacting us at vkvcoder.support@gmail.com. We will delete all your records within 7 working days.
